Is my data private?
Completely. Dedicated hardware. Isolated environments. Encrypted tunnels. Nothing shared with other clients, and nothing sent to cloud AI services unless you opt into a frontier-model tier. With an on-site install, your data never leaves your building at all.
What's the difference between hosted and on-site?
Hosted means your agents and tools run on our dedicated hardware in Greensboro — fast start, flat monthly. On-site means we spec, install, and manage the hardware inside your building — your data never leaves your walls, and you own the iron. Same stack either way.
Do I need my own software licenses?
Only for commercial software you already pay for — bring your own licenses, which keeps your price fair. Everything we build for you — agents, automations, databases — is included in the subscription.
What if the hardware breaks?
Scheduled backups, documented recovery kits, and warrantied parts. Every environment is rebuildable from scratch, and we'll stand up temporary capacity while anything is repaired.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Monthly billing, cancel with 30 days' notice, and we'll help you migrate your data out. On-site installs are yours — the hardware and its documentation stay with you.
How is this different from AWS or an AI subscription?
AWS is a warehouse for tech companies. AI subscriptions are seats on someone else's servers. Forge Cloud is a boutique shop with a master mechanic: tools forged per client, flat monthly pricing, your data on dedicated hardware, and direct support from the owner.
How does the Pour Guardian pilot work?
We connect to the cameras you already have and run nightly for up to 90 days at no cost. Each morning you get a report: detections, matches against your POS sales, and flagged mismatches with evidence clips. If it earns its keep, it moves to a flat monthly price per location — from $150. If not, no hard feelings.
